Our mattresses carry a 10-Year warranty (as specified in the product information). Damage caused by misuse or mishandling, inadequate support from a weak bed frame/base, and damage caused by insufficient turning/rotation of the mattress are not covered. Rotating the mattress every three months helps maintain even support. It’s normal for the mattress to gradually soften over time as it conforms to your body shape. This natural adjustment is considered normal wear and tear.
