METRO series solid pine wood construction with partially engineered wood, cream colour, drawers run on metal rails, brass coloured circular handles. All pieces come in solid pine timber built to last, and with black colour. All drawers run smoothly on metal rails and have attractive circular, brass-coloured handles. Pinewood was used extensively for Colonial furniture, and because of its advantages, it is still greatly used today. Bedside tables and tallboys do not show growth rings in their timber, only the longer pieces on the beds will reveal the occasional ring.
